What Do I Need?

Skinning is going to take serveral tools.  You will need a good paint paint program like Paint Shop Pro, which the tutorial will be using to show you how to do various things.  Along with a good paint program your going to need SkinSwitch.   SkinSwitch will allow you to tell the model to use your skin.  Making skins is nice but you have to make it so the model uses them as well.   The last two things your going to need is the Nod SDK and a simple text editor like notepad.

Where Can I Get them?

Paint shop Pro - http://www.jasc.com/download_4.asp
SkinSwitch - http://www.wtdarkness.net/files.shtml
Nod SDK -
