What Do I Need?

Modeling is a bit more involved then skinning.  Rather then just changing the outward colors and texture on the model were going to be changing the model itself.  Your going to need several tools for this tutorial section.

The first tool that your going to need is MilkShape.   Alotta people don't like it but its the only program that is cheep enough for making models for vampire that im willing to buy.  The tutorial is going to be built around it so its best you get that program.

You may need Paint Shop Pro if your planning on making your own skins/textures for the models you make as well.  See the Skinning and Texture tutorial sections for more information on how to do them.

One more tool that your going to need is the Nod SDK, this tool is just as important here as in the skinning tutorial, without it, you would be just replacing a model already in the game, and were trying to make a new one here.   Another tool you will need is Notepad for text editing.  There are certain files that your going to have to create to get the model working properly and not produce any game engine errors.

Where Can I Get The Tools?
