CHAPTER ONE
"To Sift through Bitter Ashes"

"It is is the Year of Our Lord Elven Hundred and Sixty Five, the city of  Prague once again teems with life. The threat of the wolf beasts  has been alleivated due the timely intervention of Sir Thomas Roland, a Crusading Knight Errant. Sir Roland and his swordbrethern drove the beast demons  into the caves and slowly slew them to the last vile creature. Peace now resides in Prague, and the city is ruled by Sir Thomas and the Lords Church. "

"The werewolves have been vanquished, the city is once again ours to rule. Even now the Elders of the Clans gather and quarrel amongst themselves in order to establish a new heirarchy of the city. We, the Nosferatu of  Prague have considered backing Edmund of the Ventrue to rule as Prince. The Losombra still maintain their stranglehold on Golden Lane, and the Prometheans still contest our beloved Jewish Quarter. A time of reckoning is at hand, portents and omens  give us clues, but as of yet, we cannot fit the pieces of the conflict yet to come."

  CLAN BRUJAH
    The Brujah are few in number, but the ones that remain in Prague carry much wieght in the Kindred courts. They are the undisputed protectors of the city after the Fall. They now police the Kindred who travel in and out of the city to insure that no usurpers threaten the stability of  Prague as it stands now.
 
 
 
 
 
 

   CLAN VENTRUE
    The Ventrue have once again gained a foothold in Prague after the Fall. It was Edmund who directed the Grail Knights towards Prague, and brought Sir Roland within the city wall to fend off the Garou. Under Edmunds guidance, the city has returned to a relative calm, and Edmund seeks the Princedom. The other clans are divded on who should actually rule Prague, but Edmund has gained the backing of the Nosferatu  Clan, which may insure him the seat of power.
 
 

   CLAN LOSOMBRA
    The Losombra still retain control over Golden Lane and it's inhabitants. Sir Roland has stationed guards outside Golden Lane until the Losombra are driven out of Prague. Sir Rolands actions are influenced by Edmund, who wants to delve into the Losombra lair. The former leader of the Losombra here was Montrovant, an infamous relic seeker among his clanmates. Edmund beleives he may have relics and treasures that would further his power, but he gives no clue as to what he expects to find there.
 
 
 

CLAN TREMERE
        Etrius of Clan Tremere has ordered the clan to leave the city for unknown reasons. Other clans suspect it had to do with a chance encounter before the Fall of Prague. Clan Tremere has retreated its members in Prague to Vienna.
 
 
 
 

   CLAN  GANGREL
    The Gangrel are far and few between in Prague. Most of their number were decimated in the woods surrounding Prague by the Garou. A few Gangrel remain hidden within the city streets.
 
 
 
 
 

   CLAN MALKAVIAN
    The Malkavians are nowhere to be found in Prague. The only two to ever be known in Prague was Lala, who ruled as Prince shortly before the Fall, and Angus the Babyslayer. Angus has'nt been seen after the Fall, and it is known that Lala managed to escape the city as the Garou descended upon it. Rumours among the clans say that somthing hunts the Children of Malkav in the streets of Prague.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

   THE GAROU
    The Garou have been driven from Prauge by Sir Roland and his Knights, there is also some speculation that somone else hunts the former lair of the Lupines. Villagers living near the abandoned silver mines, who had been forced to live under the shadows of the Tzimisce and the Garou, say that they can hear the sound of Whipporwills coming from the caves.
 
 
 
 
 
 

CHAPTER INFORMATION:

Story  1- Wednsday March 14th
    Arilyin and Lala make their way to the University to speak with Ecaterina, while doing so, Arilyin summises that Lala is infected with a vampiric plague of some sort due to the oozing black liquid that oozes from Lala's mouth. Ecaterina orders Arilyin to remove Lala and take her to Golden Lane, which has recently been turned into a leper  colony. Crossing over Judith Bridge, they encounter Decalogue, a mortal whom Arilyin is familair with. Upon reaching Golden Lane, Lala, Arilyin, Decalogue and a mysterious woman enter the Lane and encoutner the horrors of the leper colony.  Finding the old Pharmacy inhabited by a Losombra named Lyssa, the group finds that her and a few of her clanmates are trapped in the lane by Edmund, the would be Ventrue Prince of Prague. Lyssa has an innate fear of lepers and offers the group a way to help the wretched if they would go to the nosferatu and convince them to open a way out of the lane. Arilyin and Lala venture to the Northern Quarter and to the graveyard crypt that marks the entrance to the Nosferatu Warrens. Arilyin and Lala are distracted at the gates of the Warren by a mortal woman who weilds an amazing amount of Faith against the kindred, and find themselves in a volatile situation. Jonas arrives and attempts to avert any conflict, and is beaten down by the girls power as she flees the scene. Catching her inthe chruch square inteh Northern Quarter, Jonas slays would be witnesses to kindred activity and confronts the girl. He parlays with the girl in order to keep her from destroying any of the kindred, and redirects her attention to learning more about them. Arilyin, Lala and the woman make their way into the Warrens and speak with the Nosferatu Elder, Belatharus. Belatharus refuses to aid them in helping the Losombra, and alludes to the presence of several artifacts that may still be within kindred or kine grasp in Prague.

Story 2- Wednsday March 21rst
    This night heralds the return of Erik, a member of the orginal coertie, and the arrival of a new kindred known as Beatrice.  After some covnerstaion between the coertie members, they go to Golden Lane to seek access and speak with the Losombra within. The guards refuse them entry, stating that they must seek a pass from Sir Roland, the ruling Knight/Lord of Prague. Erik leaves the coertie to its onw quest and sets out for the Nosferatu Warrens to talk with his clanmates. Lala, Arilyin, and Beatrice set out for Sir Rolands headquaters that resides in the old Prague convent. Lala urges Sir Roland to allow her entry to Golden Lane in order to ease the pain of the lepers, Sir Roland grants this request. Erik speaks with Belatharus and they discuss the current state of Prague, the situation of the clans, and current activities of various kindred. The coertie and Erik meet up once again outside of the convent, and Beatrice encounters Hok, a lone surviving Gangrel from the Fall of Prague.  Beatrice gains some more detailed information about the Fall, some of which is possibly unknown to other kindred. the coertie contineus onto justih Bridge and there, the current actions of Lala's maddening quest to save the lepers is debated. An appearance from Jonas once again urges the coerties actions to benefit his own private agenda.

Story 3- Wednsday March 28th
    Seeking an audience with Prince Edmund, the coertie makes its way to his audience chamber below the old Premsyl castle.  While the group is engaged in theri meetign with the Prince, Lala continues her own quest and infiltrates Golden Lane and seeks out the Losombra.  the meeting between the Prince and the coerties continues, when it is interupted by one of Belatharus' brood. The Nosferatu infroms the Prince that Lala has gone into the Lane. Overcoem with fury, the Prince orders hsi childe to gather theri ghoul guards and hunt Lala down in the Lane. Erik departs quickly and makes his way to the Lane and discovers Lala questioning Lyssa of the Losombra clan. Finally urging Lala out of the shop where the Losombra reside, they are ambushed in the streets byt he Princes ghouled knights. After the attacks on the lepers begin, Lala surrenders in order to keep the lepers from being slain. Beatrice and Arilyin wait outside the gates for any sign of Lala or Erik. Lala, emerges escorted by several guards, with Erik concealing himelf and following from a distance. A screeching howl breaks the night air and the ghouled gurads are set upon by a great black furless and mutated lupine. The beast dispatches the ghouls quickly. Beatrice parlays with the creature somewhat, before the beast grows agitated with the conversation and departs. The coertie has now met the 3rd faction of Prague, the dreaded and newly arrived Black Spiral Dancers.

Story 4- Wednsday April 4th
    Mighty Prague has fallen once again. The coertie dealing with the aftermath of the Golden Lane incident, find themselves once again before Edmund, the Ventrue Prince of Prague. After much habadashery on the part of Lala, and the comon sense logc of Beatrice, the coertie assembles in the Princes meeting hall. Almost without warning (despite Beatrice attempts) the Prince's ghouls are set upon by the Black Spiral Dancer alpha. In the ensuing confusion, the Prince and his childe are both slain by Trish Calise, the sycophant assassin of the Church. With the destruction of the Prince, the Nosferatu make their move as the coertie discusses what to do next. In a sweeping moment, the Promethian cult are scattered and forced from Prague by Belatharus and his brood. Jonas lies at the heart of the Nosferatu conspiracy against the Promethians, forging a deal with the Black Spiral Dancers, and urging the coertie to depart the city before the core of his plans are revealed. The coertie departs Prague the night after, under the watchful gaze of Prague's Nosferatu ensuring that the depart the city. Next destination..Scotland.

The Coertie:
The remaining year is rather uneventful. Erik leads the coertie through Europe and eventaully over the water to arrive in Kol,
Scotland. A northern coastal town, Kol is relatively unknown to the outside world and with the revelation of this being Jonas' human birthplace, it may reveal more of the Anceints history, and the history of the Kindred themselves.

Although the trip is rather uneventful,there were a few interesting points along the way.

Coming across a wandering Gangrel, the coertie learns that in Scotland, a tribe of the werewolves have started a war amongst thier own kind. The Gangrel reveals that the tribe known as the White Howlers have descended into madness, and hunt their own kind ruthelessly.

A chance encounter with a Ventrue Ancillae outside of a small fife in England, the coertie learns of Jonas passing them by a month ahead. The Ventrue tells them he was indeed keeping company with a mortal woman who's faith managed to turn a maruading group of neonate kindred with but a mere glance. The Ventrue alos noted that Jonas and the woman left
hastily, pursued by another individual he could not identify.

Erik meets with another Kindred along the way, this one exuding enough power to unsettle the rest of the coertie. Erik says nothing more of the meeting and the coertie boards the ship a few nights later bound for Scotland.
