For years Arkham has been shrouded

very little is known of it outside its boundries. Constantly shrouded in
a thick mist, the supernatural inhabitants roam more freely than any other
city in the world. Anceint vampires wage their endless Jyhad, a handful
of Garou fight in a veritable haven for the Wyrm, the Kithain slowly succumb
to powerful Banality, and a few scattered Mages explore its deepest secrets.
No other place could hold such
a terror that the outside world shun its presence. No map marks it location,
no highway signs point the way, and no news events slip out giving hints
to its existence. It is a tall tale told among horror enthusiasts, a legend
among scholars, and a place the seekers of the forbidden scour the world
for. Dare to peirce the veil that surrounds the most dangerous city in
