CHAPTER 2
"Tangled Web, Bloodied Hearts"
April 18th 2001
The coertie arrives in Kol, Scotland. A small village
located on the northern coast, situated in a small valley. Upon their arrival
they are met by Trish Calise, the crusader that jonas has recruited to
travel with the coertie, much to their dismay. The coeritie heads from
the port to the actual village of Kol. Passing an ancient caern, the coertie
stumbles upon Kaaliban and Prothos, two of the renegade gargoyles
from Prague. Taking up residence in the caern, Kalliban and Porthos have
been at odds with the local garou, and the recently discovered Black Spiral
Dancers. The ceortie departs leaving the gargoyles to defend thier new
haven, and head intothe mountain pass. Upon reaching the gates of the village,
the coertie is engaged by a local pack of Garou, who are wary of the vampires.
Beatrice attempts to parley with the feral garou when an attack by Black
Spirals and a giant fomor tear into the garou pack.
Fleeing to safety within the gates of the village,
the coertie manage to gather themselves up for a trek through the village
to seek Jonas out. Lala encounters Friar Fearis in the small church and
gains ministrations of redemption from the "good" Friars bane whip. The
coertie finds Lala and engages the Friar as he is lost in his flogging
of the errant vampire. The destruction of Fearis lets loose the bane worms
infesting his body, and a few of them manage to hitch a ride outside of
the church within the folds of Lalas clothes.
Lala continuing her mad fits venturs with Erik into
Kol Keep, the home of the local lord. There they discover Kalea, a sidhe
changeling who is the daughter to Lord Uziel, a Sidhe noble who rules the
village and its territory. Beatrice , Trish and Arilyin toy with the guards
outside, and eventually gain entrance to the keep. Meanwhile Kaela, Erik
and Lala discuss the situation of the village, and of foul creatures ruled
by somthing called Malfeas.
April 25th 2001
Due to technical difficulites, not a lot happened, mostly recovered
in next game.
May 2nd 2001
The rest of the coertie joins Erik and Lala inside
of Kaelas room, only to be discovered by Lord Uziel. Uziel regards the
kindred with caution, but see's no reason to begina third conflict
with these creatures. He commands them to depart his Keep. Kaela shows
the coertie a way into the undrground, where a few Nosferatu dwell. The
coertie is joined by Arilyins human servant, and watched by a lurking kindred
of unknown origin. the coeritei splits off and Erik is left to argue with
Trish about their relevant ideals, in a frustrated rage, Erik embraces
Trish thus bringing her into the world of the Kindred. Erik suffers severa
damge form Trish's spiritually charged blood, and a nsaty wound from her
holy blade. Jonas and the rest of the coertie return to the scene where
Trish begs for death, and Erik feels smug pride in his foul deed. jonas
leads the coerite intothe underground to secure safe haven during Trish's
first day as kindred. they meet Daniel, the locla Nosferatu elder and former
preist who has turned his warrens into an underground chapel and mausoleum.
Here the coertie feeds Trish with bodies supplied by the Nosferatu, and
eventaully begin to rest within the crypt filled hallway.
