Guide 7 - Trip to Vienna

Welcome to my seventh installment of my walk-through. This guide is dedicated to your trip to Vienna. I am sure you won’t really need my help on this one, but hey, I have received some questions about a few things I am going to explain in this guide.

Prague – Right after you kill that butt-monkey Ardan, you are to report to Ecaterina. Once you get there you decide you want to go to Vienna to find your lost love Anezka. Personally I don’t think she is worth it and neither does Ecaterina. She strictly forbids your going to Vienna to try to combat the Tremere, but you are insistent that you want to go kick some behind. She tells you that you are crazy, then Wilhelm jumps in and says something like "Then call me a mad son of Malkav.." and he decides to go with you. Then Serena and Eric jump in and offer to go with you and finally Ecaterina gives in. I wouldn’t recommend going to the blacksmith in Prague because you are going to Vienna and their armor and weapons are far better than those in Prague.

Go out the eastern gate that leads to the Silver Mines. That will be your exit to Vienna, and the only real reason you are able to avoid the Garou on this long journey to Vienna is because Eric is in your party and the Gangrel have truck with the Garou.

You soon arrive in Vienna and you can do several things from going to the blacksmith, going to your haven, or just looking around town. I would suggest going to eastern Ringtrasse if I am not mistaken where there will be two places you really ought to go. The first is to The Order of Hermes where you will meet a man who will be very valuable in the future.

The next stop will be the Green Frog Inn. This is where you see a nice cinematic of the ever so lovely Kazi bare her teeth at you. You can then talk to Kazi and she will invite you to Count Orsi’s Mansion. This is where you will get your first quest.

Count Orsi’s Mansion is quite exquisite, don’t you think?

Once inside you will see two peasants and three very beautiful vampires across the room.

You will then meet Count Orsi.  He will take you into his back room where he has some appetizers hanging from the rafters.

He will then talk to you about your problem and agrees to help you if you do him a favor. He asks you to go into Stephen’s Domain and take out the once priest, Lasombra leader out. He gives you special shackles to tie him down and with this, you have your first orders and are on your way to your first quest in Vienna.

Well, that wraps it up folks. Tune in next time when I guide you the Stephen’s Domain and teach you how to effectively combat the Lasombra ghouls and their ghost like friends.
