We have 4 Apartments on the 3rd floor of the Milton Arms Apartments. Apartment 303 is occupied by a couple of students... they like their music, and keep their door locked all the time. I think they said they study Chemestry. Apartment 302 is currently being rented by a nice young woman, goes by the name Daisy. She's very sweet and never makes a peep... Apartment 301 is occupied by a man who always pays his rent on time and never complains... the perfect tenant. I never see him so i assume he works nights.
Apartment 304 is now for rent, at reasonable rats... err Rates, I meant rates... Of course we don't have rats!!
So... want to sign the lease?
