Description

This map was created to have a certain amount of history to it, that I figure ST's could build apon for their story's. The setting is basically the City of at one point decided to build a subway system, that got a littletoo close to some secret the nosferatu were trying to hide (up to the ST what this secret was/is). So the nossies used some boons and influence to stop the project from being completed.
